BOX OFFICE HOURS
Before the festival tickets can be purchased over the phone or in person Monday-Friday 10am-3:30pm. During the festival orders will be taken on non-concert days only 10am-3:30pm. Tickets can be bought online at anytime up to midnight on the night before the concert.
NEW DELIVERY METHOD
Please note that tickets will no longer be mailed to any of our patrons. All ticketing will be through e-tickets for all events. You must provide an e-mail to order tickets online. If you do not have an e-mail, you must call our offices and we will hold your e-tickets at the will call desk on the day of the show. Tickets must be picked up to gain entry to the concert.

Tickets for Vermont Mozart Festival events can be purchased online 24 hours a day. Web orders will be accepted up through 11:59 p.m. on the night before the concert you wish to attend. If you are a member of the Amadeus Society at the level of $150 or more, you will be prompted to enter your information in order apply your discount when you make your purchase. The Vermont Mozart Festival accepts Mastercard and Visa.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order. If you believe you have placed an order but do not receive a confirmation, please contact our office to confirm your order: boxoffice@vtmozart.com
Ordering By Phone
Call the Vermont Mozart Festival box office at (802) 862-7352. Our box office hours are 10:00-3:30 pm Monday through Friday until the festival begins. The box office will also be open from 10:00-3:30 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays during the festival. The box office will be closed on all concert days, so please plan to order your tickets ahead of time. Credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) are the only form of payment accepted by phone.
Ordering in Person
The Vermont Mozart Festival box office is located at 3 Main Street, Suite 217. Follow Main Street all the way to the bottom and cross Battery Street. We are the only building on the left. Take the elevator to the second floor.
The box office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00-3:30 p.m. until the festival begins. During the festival it will be open on days where there are no concerts from 10:00am-3:30pm. As the box office will be closed on all concert days, please plan to order your tickets ahead of time.
Ordering by Mail or Fax

Orders placed by fax must include name, full address, credit card number, expiration date and e-mail. Fax your order to (802) 862-2201.
Stowe Visitors Center
Once tickets are on sale they will be available at the Stowe Visitors Center, Main Street, Stowe for concerts at the Trapp Family Meadow only. Purchases must be made in person. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
IBM Club
Tickets will be available to IBM employees through the IBM Club beginning in June. Please contact the IBM Club for more information.

Special Audience Services
Mobility Impaired: Handicapped parking is available, but limited, at all festival sites. Please make requests for accessible parking when you purchase your tickets. You must have a handicapped parking decal to be granted a spot. We will accommodate as many people as possible with accessible parking and drop-off services.
Condition of Ticket Sales
All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Unused tickets may be donated to the Vermont Mozart Festival no later than one week prior to the concert as a tax deductible contribution. Latecomers to concerts will be seated at the discretion of the management.
Discounts
The following discounts are available at the time of purchase only. No adjustments will be made once orders are processed. Most discounts may not be combined with other discounts. Exceptions are noted below.
Early Bird Discount
The Vermont Mozart Festival offers a $2.50 per ticket Early Bird discount on most tickets for the summer festival. This discount does not apply to Family Series concerts. The Early Bird discount is valid through June 15. Mailed ticket ordered must be postmarked by June 15. Faxes and website orders will be accepted until midnight on June 15th, and phone and walk-in orders will only be accepted until 3:30 pm. Members of the Amadeus Society may apply their membership discount in addition to the Early Bird Discount.
Summer Pass
The Vermont Mozart Festival offers a Summer Pass that is good for all summer concerts, including the Family Series concerts.
Children
Tickets are required for children ages three and older. If you bring children to an outdoor or indoor concert, we ask that you please ensure that they do not distract the performers or detract from the experience of other concertgoers. Children of all ages are encouraged to attend the Family Series concerts.
The children’s price for the Family Series is applicable for children ages 3-15.
Children’s pricing for all other venues is for ages 3- 18.
College Students
For any concert that is not sold out, a ticket can be purchased for $5 five minutes before the concert with a valid College/University student ID. Cash or check only. One ticket per ID.
Group Sales
The Vermont Mozart Festival is an ideal setting for company picnics, family gatherings, and other memorable events. A 15% discount off full-price tickets is available for groups of 20 or more at any one outdoor concert. The discount is not valid with other discount packages. Once your order is placed, additional tickets may be added but must be purchased in blocks of at least five tickets. Group discounts can only be given over the phone.
